The first time I played through Nageki's route was my fiancee's second time, and we got that scene that she had missed before. I don't think it has anything to do with the doctor (since I only took one spare scene with him, where I dissed him) but it might be related to your Wisdom score and, as a byproduct, your relationship with Nanaki in spite of his lack of involvement. I'm not TOTALLY sure! But it's easy to miss!

Thanks for the tip, I have been wondering what to do with those scenes but if I get too carried away with removing repeated scenes we might not end up with a whole lot. Also it's important I think in case some people come in, intending to read the routes in their own order of priority, in which case some things might be missed, but I'm not sure how much that's likely to happen anyway.
